At MarinesPro, we take pride in delivering accurate and reliable marine inspection reports based on the details provided at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of our services — which involve immediate processing and delivery of digital reports — all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once an order is placed and processed, the report is considered delivered as a digital product and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage customers to ensure all details (such as boat serial numbers, ownership info, and service type) are correct before completing the order.
Exceptions
If you did not receive your report within the promised timeframe typically within 24 Hours, or believe there was a technical issue, please contact us at Infomarinespro@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
